The Slab Situation in Jacksonville Beach

Moisture vapor drives up through slab-on-grade concrete all year, and that vapor is the number one reason coatings bubble and peel out here. What Jacksonville Beach homeowners ask before they book.
Does salt air ruin floor coatings?
It ruins bare and badly prepped concrete. A properly ground slab with a full-build coating and a UV-stable topcoat is sealed against it. That's the point of the coating.
My garage floor sweats in summer. Can it still be coated?
Sometimes. That sweating is moisture vapor, and it's exactly what the moisture test measures. If the slab is inside the range the system can handle, yes. If it isn't, Gary tells you rather than coating a floor that will fail.
Can you coat a townhome or condo garage?
Townhome garages, yes. A shared condo garage needs the association's okay first. Get that, then book the visit.
How soon can we use the pool deck?
Foot traffic in about 24 hours on a polyaspartic deck. Furniture back the next day. Gary confirms the timing on the day.
